We safeguard the structural integrity of programs such as Square ONE Solutions, The Indigo Houses, CEP Career Enrichment Park, Gifts of CARE Corp., and the Square ONE Leadership Academy.
We ensure that new initiatives — including the Gifting Institute of Science, Square ONE Investment Strategies Groupd, Square ONE Industries, and Square ONE Enterprises — are installed with clarity, accountability, and identity alignment.

John Edward Bidwell
John Edward Bidwell is a United States Military Veteran and serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Square ONE Foundations.
He is the architect of a multi-division humanitarian, educational, and leadership system built to restore individuals, families, and communities.
He develops and installs large-scale programs that help individuals identify, refine, and apply their innate gifts, talents, and identity-based strengths.
He designs executive-level frameworks that support conflict resolution, leadership development, and community restoration.
He builds organizational structures that unify multiple divisions under one mission, one identity, and one stability-focused philosophy.
His background in military communications and organizational stability has equipped him to oversee complex systems, including governance, compliance and strategic oversight.
He conducts audits and reviews of businesses and organizations, identifying operational strengths and areas requiring adjustment.
He provides structural leadership that strengthens Square ONE’s mission, governance, and multi-division development for long-term organizational stability.

Conrad Namtvedt
(ED, COO)
Conrad Namtvedt serves as Executive Director and Chief of Operations for Square ONE Foundation. His background spans executive leadership, operations, finance, engineering, project supervision, maintenance, and business ownership.
He previously owned and operated CWN Inspections from 2014–2022
and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
