Board Member
John Edward Bidwell
Brings experience in executive administration, remote operations, client service, task tracking, document preparation, travel coordination, budgeting, and confidential records management. With a military communications background, he emphasizes disciplined communication, accuracy, confidentiality, accountability, and dependable execution while transforming information into organized systems, clear priorities, polished documents, and consistent follow-through.

Conrad Namtvedt
Board Member
(CFO & CRO)
Conrad Namtvedt serves as Executive Director, COO, CFO, and Chief Resource Officer for Square ONE Foundation. His background spans executive leadership, operations, finance, engineering, project supervision, maintenance, and business ownership. He previously owned and operated CWN Inspections from 2014–2022 and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
