Return Policy
1. General Policy Overview
Square ONE Foundation provides products and programs across apparel, curriculum, digital courses, leadership tools, and Board‑Game systems.
Because each product type has different delivery methods, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness, clarity, and integrity.
We honor returns when appropriate, protect digital intellectual property, and ensure all customers receive the highest level of support.
2. Physical Products (Apparel, Board Games, Printed Materials)
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

Exceptions may be made only if:

In these cases, Square ONE may issue a replacement or credit.
4. Courses, Trainings & Leadership Academy Programs
Refunds for courses or training programs depend on access status:

Not Eligible for Refund:

Any portion of the course has been accessed

Downloads have been opened

Live sessions have been attended

Transfers to another course may be allowed upon review.
5. Events, Workshops & Retreats
Refunds for events follow this structure:

Full refund if canceled 14+ days before the event

50% refund if canceled 7–13 days before the event

No refund if canceled within 6 days of the event
If Square ONE cancels an event, customers receive a full refund or credit.
6. Services (Consulting, Coaching, Restoration Programs)
Service‑based offerings (CEO Biz Connect, CEO Connect, Restoration Consulting, Solutions Programs) are non‑refundable once service delivery has begun.
Refunds may be issued only if:

7. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
